GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The terms and conditions stated below (“Terms and Conditions”) must be accepted and agreed by every client of Lymphatic Drainage Massage by Carla Cunha (“client/(s)”). By making a reservation/ booking at Lymphatic Drainage Massage by Carla Cunha, the clients are deemed to have read and understood the Terms and Conditions. Lymphatic Drainage Massage by Carla Cunha reserves its right to change, amend, add or delete any of the Terms and Conditions without prior notice and the customers shall be bound by such changes.

General Etiquette

In the interest of comfort of all our clients, please refrain from using a mobile phone and ensure it is switched off, or on silent, for the full duration of your time in the treatment room.

Clients are given maximum of 20 minutes of shower time post treatment session

Clients are advised to respect the therapists providing the professional treatment. No “special” services are allowed and warning will be given to customers with indecent behaviour. Treatment will be stopped immediately if warning is ignored and there will be no refund or compensation.

Appointments

Clients are advised to make prior reservations for all treatments and arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment in order to enjoy the full benefits of treatment and service.

We reserves the right to cancel the appointment when customers arrive after 15 minutes of the scheduled appointment time. A request of reschedule is decided and subject to availability by Lymphatic by Carla.

Arriving late may interfere with your treatment, Late arrival may interfere with your treatment and will result in a shortened treatment time, and treatments will still be charged as full session.

As traffic in Bali especially in Canggu is unpredictable, please allow enough time to travel to our clinic to avoid late arrival and please inform our staff if you will not be able to arrive within the allowed 15 minutes delay time.

For first time client please arrive 15 minutes prior treatment to fill in Personal Details forms and Declaration of Consent forms and allows consultation time with our therapist to define the accurate treatment and services.

A client consultation with our therapist will be carried out on your first visit to ensure your safety.

Cancellations and No-Shows

A standard 24 hours notification is required for cancellations of scheduled appointments.

Cancellations that is made less than 24 hours subject to 50% fee penalty.

A no-show without informing our clinic will be considered as a cancellation and will be charged at full price.

Medical & Pregnancy Conditions

Please inform disclose of any medical conditions including pregnancy prior to booking as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.

Certain medications may also prevent you from being suitable to certain treatments.

Clients must inform the clinic of any changes to their personal information or medical history.

Clients with medical heart conditions is prohibited from using the sauna.

Pregnancy from 0 to 16 weeks are prohibited for lymphatic massage treatment.

Guidelines for Before & After Lymphatic Massage Treatment

Please ensure you eat an hour before your lymphatic massage appointment.

Consumption of alcohol 24 hours before and after lymphatic massage is not permitted.

Excessive of oily food consumption is not advisable.

Consumption of less sugar, less salt and spicy food is highly advisable.

Drink plenty of liquid such as pure water or lemon water only (No coconut water).

Deposits

We reserve the right to request a deposit in order to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance to the cancellation policy.

Payments

We accept cash / bank transfer / credit card payments.

All prices includes value added tax and services requirements.

Pre-paid Treatments Packages

5 treatments packages valid for 3 months.

10 treatments packages valid for 6 months.

Purchase & Refund Policy of Retail Products

Any products must be paid for in full at the time of purchase or pre-order.

Products will be exchanged within 14 days of purchase only provided the products have not been opened or used.

Changes to Services, Prices & Products

We reserve the right at any time to modify our Treatments and Services offered without notice at any time.

Prices for our treatments, services and products are subject to change without notice.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Client can review the most current version of the Terms and Conditions at any time at this page.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website.

It is the clients’ responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.

Personal Items

Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.

Any unclaimed items will be given to charity.

Policy on Children

We do not provide massages for children.

We cannot accommodate children under 16 unless supervised by an adult during your treatment.

Please inform a member of staff prior to your treatment if you wish to bring a child to your appointment.
